What would be the best advice for christian youth?

I expect the answers from the Christian point of view, benefiting

the youth to growmore in the image of Jesus our Lord.What would be the best advice for christian youth?
First of all get involved with your youth, know whats going on in music and trends. You can attract more youth that way if you know whats going on out there, make it more appealing. Music for example, there's like a million bands out there that stand for Christ and are currently involved with ministry's around the nation, from skateboarding, Hip Hop, punk rock, hardcore punk, metal, death metal, metalcore, to emo and screamo.

It would be a great idea if you can get some of your kids involved in it and that way y'all can show that there's something more out there!

But most important pray about it!

Hope this helps!

God Bless.What would be the best advice for christian youth?
Teach them God's word and let the word that is planted grow in them. If God is in them trust me you can't hid him. He will come out.
And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

The Holy Bible : English standard version. 2001 (Mt 22:37-40). Wheaton: Standard Bible Society.
Read and study the bible daily , pray on how you can do his will and serve him ( pastor , missions , witnessing, etc... ) Go to church Hebrews 10:25
Be careful here... because ';Christians'; give the Pauline point of view rather than the point of view that Jesus himself gave in the Original Kingdom Gospel.

I would recommend the Kingdom Gospel to anyone who wants real Christianity.

This resource explains the difference between the popular Pauling gospel and the Gospel that Jesus actually preached.

And there is quite a difference between the two.

Google ';Gospel Enigma'; or find the free resouce at the top of the list at New Free Books.
Stay committed to your relationship with God through fellowship (and prayer, BIble reading) with other like-minded youth;

Stand strong in your personal convictions - regardless of what others are doing.

Serve - in your church and community - not only will you be a blessing - you yourself will be blessed. And it will keep you from temptation in doing what ';the world's teens do'; for fun/enjoyment.

God bless you and strengthen you and your faith!
The same as it has been for all generations. ';Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding'; Particularily the last half.
'; let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word , in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith in purity';

1 timothy 4:12

and one of my favorite is ';abstain from every form of evil'; 2 thessalonians 5:22 i try to tell that to myself whenever i do something wrong

and there is one verse which reminds me always to keep myself away from the following things so that i may not lose place in the kingdom galatians 5:19-23

19The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Stay away from Jesus camp ...

EDIT - Mr. Rational - If you name is not the most ironic name I have ever seen on YA R%26amp;S. Rational and bible do not coincide.

Yes I am satan...see my horns and tail ... Of course you've probably a;ready given me a thumbs down and can't see this ... Of course seeing as I don't beleive in Satan or hell ... I really couldn't be him ...

EDIT2 - Don't you love when the vioce of reason is always labeled as Satan ... ooo... I smell a question ...
I would expect Christian Youth to compare and contrast their group with Hitler's Nazi Youth. It should prove to be an interesting exercise.
listen to your parents
give it up before you are totally brainwashed
lot of suggestions here...http://moral-shortstory.blogspot.com/
spend as much time as possible in prayer and his word.

for we live in a generation that requires all our time for other things and to build a relationship with anyone it takes time together .

to know the Lord spend time with him..
';Think for yourselves.';
Take time to think about it. Do you really believe in god? WHy do you believe in god.....if you have just quoted something from the bible, then you have been brainwashed.

Please don'r waste your life, realise that religion just aims to control you!

Peace.
I think the unbelievers who come in here, and reply, even after you clearly said not to,are just more evidence that Jesus is Lord. Satan tempts them, and they just have to come in here. I would say to kids ';As you get older, there will be temptations, but those who believe in Jesus throughout their whole life will go to Heaven.';
