Best advice for couples planning on conceiving?

any tips to higher our chances? :)Best advice for couples planning on conceiving?
Don't over think the ';process.'; I have heard from so many people that the second they stopped trying it happened. Don't put pressure on your body to conceive...enjoy the all the ';practice'; and hopefully it will happen sooner rather than later. good luckBest advice for couples planning on conceiving?
I tried this, and it's worked twice for us, and once for a friend of ours:

Lower your stress levels, have sex at night (before you go to sleep) and have the female half of the couple make sure to lay down, and not sit upright, or get up for anything, until morning. If she wants anything during the night, get the man to get it for her (also, make sure that she only gets up to relieve herself if absolutely necessary). Do this for a month, and you should be pregnant.
There are so many things that you can do! But if I was to name everything, it would be a very long list. The best resource is healthline.cc. You can call in and get advice on what to do and also find a practitioner in your area. A very natural approach to conception, birth, and childcare! Dr. Bob Marshall also helps those that are having problems concieving. Good luck!
End w/guy on top. When he finishes have him push in hard and stay there for a minute. Dont have him pull out right away.... Then lay there for 15-20 minutes w/a pillow under your butt or your knees up and your butt tilted in the air. Gravity will help move the sperm down so they'll get there easier. When we're trying we do all that and have sex every single day starting after my period ends up until we know I ovulated. Works everytime. =)
Just relax and have a good time trying. It took my wife and I 6 months! We gave up at one point and only then did she get pregnant. Just remember to be patient.
