Period routine. 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?

I have had period for almost 10 years. I have period regularly and last 3-4 days. I hardly have cramp, but I have hips pain and mood swings sometimes. In the past 6 years, my period always come in the morning like 6-7 o'clock in the morning. It is such a weird routine. I just wonder why it always come the same times every months?

It is because your hormone is very regularly produce in your body. I use to have mine around that time also but lately it become irregular because I am on diet now. I don't experience miss period but the rhythm is no more regular like during the past, I may have it for about 4-5 days. Now, it may last for only 3 days and the flow is very little. Some people do experience stomach cramp and breast engorgement. Some had migraine and the others have mood changes. It's normal because during mensuration, women have hormonal chances. As long as the 'symptoms' are not too bad, is still consider OK.Period routine. 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?
thats great your body is regulated as so. now you know when to expect it,, you will not have embarrasing moments!!
Yeah, your just really lucky that you have an extremely regular schedule that is so convenient.
thats just like me.

it always seems to happen when i wake up.

its totally weird and i wonder that too but i think that its just happened so much that my body is in that routine.

and it isnt really a bad thing.

and i have no disease or medical problems so i say we're good.
You're lucky. Usually, cycles varry some week to week.
Luckily for you, you have a very predictable schedule. This is usually not the case for most women.

It does this because your body is on an internal timeframe. It is it's way of organizing itself and keeping itself on schedule.

I don't know the logistics of it, but it is probably complicated, whateverthecase.

Good luck!
Maybe it is because you were relaxed while asleep, and your body just goes into your cycle.
I think it has something to do with your homone levels coming in or out at that time.

It is also weird that if living with a bunch of girls your menstrual cycles will change to be around the same time too!

Good question- I have a very similar routine as you-minus the hip pain.
same happens to me. my period never starts in the middle of the day. it always starts at night so when i wake up there it is. luckily it is lighter in the first couple of hours so my bed dosent get spoiled.
cuz ur lucky
I am the same way, I can pin-point the week, day, and time of the month that it will happen. It's nothing to worry about, It's very normal, some women are irregular, some are ultra regular, and some are in between.
I think that just must be your cycle but I also think it is a good thing to have reg periods
Well after a certain amount of time, your body adjusts to itself an essentically it just becomes a routine. Every girl has a different routine.
Some people have bodys that are very routine in every thing it does, including periods:) Just as we all have different personalities, our bodies all find different ways to carry out normal things. Well that's my two sense!
Some women have very regular periods. It's nothing to worry about. That's just the way your hormones work.c
