Best advice in worst situation (about work)?

I have been employed and ';enslaved'; for the last 10 years (I'm 27). However, from the very beginning I have witnessed ';work drama'; no matter how menial the job. I have learned a lot from my experiences and have managed to grow from them, but I'd love to hear how other people have dealt with conflict in the work place, and learned from it.Best advice in worst situation (about work)?
When situations are happening to someone else, it is better to keep our comments to ourselves. If you made a mistake, admit it, and then learn from it. I deal with every bad experience as the step that will take me to sucess later on in life.Best advice in worst situation (about work)?
Hi, I quit a job about a year ago because of conflict at work, I just couldn't deal with a certain indivual whom I thought was a friend and I confided in that person, only to have, what I though was conservation between the two of us told to other. Now I have a new job that I love but I have also learned to keep my mouth shut about my personal life and also to listen to others with deaf ears, in other words let what people say to you about other, go in one ear and out the other.Oh, and always do your best no matter how much other may try to slack. I know this may sound like sometimes, it seem that you are doing all the work while other get the same pay as you are for goofing off, but if there is ever a lay off. Guess who will be the first to go.
In work places, it's our mouth that is normally causing all the trouble, so try to be very carefull about what you say, and if you have some personal comments on other people, keep it to your self.

If you have the option to move to another job, then it would be better, however, you have to be much more prepared for your new job.

';See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil';.
I work with a lady who has this Thing with authority! It's her way or the highway. It becomes very difficult to show my strengths when I'm told she's in control and I am her subordinate.

After many months of just about harassment I've come to the realization I'm pounding my head against the wall. So now I just do what she wants me to and say yes mam.

Don't get me wrong, I still hate it but I've put in for a lateral move and I'm just waiting for that to take place.

Good luck
