Oh no, I'm getting fat! Your best advice?

I've gained like 15 pounds in the past 2 months.. I can't help it I just love food! Any tips of how I could get rid of it, and are there any fun outdoor activities where you lose many calories?Oh no, I'm getting fat! Your best advice?
Biking, swimming and running. If you do enough exercise you can counter act the food.Oh no, I'm getting fat! Your best advice?
apparantly something like 60% of the time we think we are hungry we are actualyl thirsty, so drink more!!(though water, not coke or anything) and just make sure you eat more healthily. you can love healthy food too!!! make stuff at home instead of buying freezer food etc. and to lose calories outside, why not try running, or join a tennis club or something. that way you can make friends at the same time as losing weight, and enjoy doing it.
Exercise can be a great motivation for resisting bad food. If you go running for an hour, you might think twice about eating in a minute the calories it took an hour to burn.





I recommend the elliptical - it's low impact and I've gotten great results using it.
whenever you're about to eat, ask yourself...am i really hungry? If you aren't, just drink water or something to tide you over. Try taking a jog with one of your friends, going to the pool, or playing tennis or something like frisbee. Those are always fun, and good exercise. Also try to eat a balanced diet and less fats.
dont eat too much. eat breakfast--a must. just eat %26amp; get energy...move around a lot %26amp; you can't go wrong!

i also gained about 15 pounds last year. and was able to lose them in 2 months. so i can say its possible.but u need a few things to do that.





firstly kick this thought out of yor mind that exercise only can help get slim. because its not true.its only your diet that can help yo lose or maintain weight. exercise only accelerates the process of losing weight. remember only acclerates. that is if you will lose 3kgs in 10 days.by exercising along with following a diet u will lose it in 8 days. only exercising will exhaust you and wont give full results.thats it.





but its your eating pattern. that decides the weight loss. you need to follow a diet called GM diet to reduce weight. GM diet has many blogs. visit anyone and try it. i reduced because of that quickly. may be you can also do it.





its a simple diet. you can lose 5-6 pounds in a week if you follow it. you will follow it if you have a desire to get slim.





heres a small gist of the General Motors plan ( for all losers in losing weight, its a ray of hope)





day1- eat all fruits. stuff urself with only and only fruits ( caution- no bananas today)





day2- eat all vegetables today. try to eat raw or cooked in little oil or ghee. stuff youself with vegetables





day3- eat a combination of fruits and vegetables. any amount any quantity. ( no bananas yet)





day4- have bananas and milk today.have milk with less sugar and flavour. all the day have banas and milk.





day5- have protien content like sprouts, boiled rice( i didn't prefer rice), beef. sprouts all the best for vegeterians)





day6-today you will have tomatoes. and sprouts again





day7- have brown rice and fruit juices. ( no fruit juices before day 7)





by the end u will have lost 6-7 pounds. definitely. after 3 days gap. start it again. in 2 months you will lose 25 pounds. more than what you wanted.











see you can exercise and play games along with dis plan. in the 3 days gap exercising will be good. but don't base your '; burn it up'; programme solely on exercising ohk. i did it on my willpower. i lost weight and gained confidence.





i know its tough but look it will make you happy later.
