The Best and Worst Advice.
Best advice when a fighter is losing and the trainer can tell that with the next punch is out. Then yeah, say, ';dont get hit and we can get you rejuvanated for round 7. Just dont get hit in round 6';.
Worst advice because it makes the fighter start to doubt himself. Like ';why did my trainer say that, is it because he thinks I have a weak chin. Damn, im about to get knocked out';. In return, you have a scared fighter, who all he can remember is, ';Dont get hit';.
its good advice but you will get hit sometimes you just need to work on not getting hit. it's kinda like a zen exercise in a way. you practice the impossible to get the best results that you can humanly get

Well its used as a reminder, to try and keep you on your game plan! Because isnticnct of a man is to go stand toe to toe once they get hit or get called out by the opponent.

thats the best advice u could get thats the name of the game hit and dont be hit if u think about it ull try to evade punches but dont think about it to much or u wont be able to hit the best way to fowlow that advice is counter punching good counter punchers hit alot and get hit veary little
thats horrible advice lol , there is no need to say that , thats what the pain receptors in the body is for.
good advice would be , remember your breathing , because you get nervous. Or keep them hands up , because u get tired u tend to drop em and need a reminder. And Foot work , because u need to remember to stay light on your feet and not get flat footed , or ur gunna eat leather.
